I am not sure bud about the internal/external .I have the game installed but never booted just yet. if you are using a scene rip from the net then it is understandable why so may people have these issues .I personally have had only 1 game give me a problem .I own almost 90% on my retail & they worked flawless with every fix i did.

You may want to ask or look here for those who had got it working as many have. Make sure your game files are original & not corrupt. I don't think the game will work discless check the wiki for this question for compatibility ,your dead Laser could be a big factor here. The XMB still works yes but the DB drive may be looking for a DISC in the drive ? By the way Direct Boot has never worked for me .

@ZOMBIEKILLAH thanks for your response bro, I about 99% sure this game doesn't work discless. I've always wondered why some games require a BD Disc in the drive, I'd figure surely someone would be able to figure how to fix it like how DEX firmware allows you to make a virtual BD Disc and trick the PS3 I wonder if Multiman could some how implement that.

Hey mate,

I tried everything with the BLES00926 version for more than 2 weeks.
Nothing worked with it.
Yesterday I downloaded the BLUS version from a certain site.
After that I installed two pkg files which I found via Google.
Guess what ??
Two weeks of searching and stress was gone thx a other rip.
Let me know if you need the links for it...

yeah discless on dex.

Just follow the guide and it works great on dex without disc..

Oh I see, yeah I knew about that, I thought you meant discless on normal 3.55s. Yeah I heard DEX can create a virtual bluray drive via USB and that is awesome. But I'm sure the PS3 keys will leak again soon xD
