@rashid-96 I did some searching and found a place in Al Satwa, Dubai that is advertising downgrade service. Google "dubai ps3 downgrade" and it should be the first link. There are some pictures with the name "FrostySniper" and a progskeet setup.

I don't know if it is a legit person so be careful and don't mail your PS3, if you can go in person it is probably better. Good luck

I have a CECHL01 from JAN 2009 that has the Red Screen Of Death.
Could you reflash and downgrade to 3.55?

@JustThatDude Tread lightly on this ^ request. I have like 3 or 4 rsod units that are the same exact model. It isn't impossible to fix a rsod, but in my experience, if it is a chechLxx model, you are fighting a loosing battle. This model was the first ps3 where they started to use a Samsung nor chip, and there was a huge amount of them with a bad sector of flash on the nor itself. If someone has a rsod that came naturally and didn't come from doing crazy things on a cfw machine, you can pretty much bet it is a checLxx model. You could give it a go, but I believe it to be a waste of time for you. Good luck man.
