YES,If you have a motherboard COK-001, using progskeet 3.3v to power nand,if you've got SEM-001 then use an external psu 3.3v to power nand because needs more power to nand.

Maybe you misunderstood me,use an external psu 3.3v for nand flash with progskeet, (can not install ofw via usb) if you brick then flash back patch dump for 3.55

I need to know this as well, i tried the heat gun fix which has worked well in the past but i have 2 ps3s that this has not worked for.
