Yes, as long a RE6 needs FW 4.21 or lower

Click "FW" in my sig, Click OFW-DEX > Choose your DEX FW.

PS3devwiki is the only source you ever need.

Yes but its a NAND Phat (I'm guessing?) So follow a NAND tutorial:

@lumon that is your ps3 entire serial number... you only need to look for the CECHE part...
