Seems I must have flagged it at some point for some reason or another.

I never made wild claims BTW I simply do not have any recolection of having flagged this console and I know it hadn't been before I got it unless someone downgraded to 2.x for some strange reason. But clearly seems to have been flagged. and It downgraded through recovery mode. I thought you needed FSM for that.

happend to me too. No miracle because the PS3 checks the Blue Ray first. Happend to me when I went from TBv2 to 3.55 with Start the Party in the Drive. After that I was on 3.40
