Post number 38 made mentioned the usa version issue and mexico uses the usa version as well.

If you're in mexico then probably the usa patch but you can change your region in the debug settings if your on a dex console

if your getting error with one, try the other, it worked for me.

My debug region settings = "North America", I used europe and Usa pkg.... same error

u guys might be in a diff region or something i think i read they are working on something that will auto detect your region and have fix. maybe just wait or keep playing around with settings.

My ps3 was originally an eu model, i set "North America" in debug setting and i use the eu version of change IDPS, the result is that i can log in with both my eu and usa psn accounts.
