Rogero CFW contains noBD checks so yes its good for people with broken BD drives.

No idea give it a try and see what happens? I would guess pessimistically that due to it not being available in your country, it wont work... I could be wrong.

Just updated from Rogero 3.4. Do I have to install Sen Enabler to be able to go online? Never used SEN enabler before.

Did you read the first page?

1- Updated the Passphrase to allow PSN/SEN access without the need to use any other tool, just install the CFW and connect to PSN/SEN.
