I have a flasher, but I wouldn't even begin to know what the hell i am doing. How would I flash this to test it out? I have no clue how to decrypt or use scetool or any of that jive. I know, I know....what a useless little noob.

As stated previously, for decrypting this is one of multiple needed values.
Without the others, I doubt this will do anything.

Excluding the private key(supposedly impossible to calculate) we need all the remaining values, especially the public key.
