No i never checked it but i know that this console was downgradable to 3.50 OFW.

that is another story, if the sig file does the magic. so do you have a dex sig file? or do we have to change this file ourselves? afterall it is called "...cex sig". or maybe it was changed by experts to do it, and we only have to use the right version?

Yes, Lv2diag.self that we have work only with firmware up to 3.55. So the only way is to downgrade to 3.55 and exit from FSM with Lv2diag.self for 3.55.

Maybe i does not know maybe i'm wrong.
But i had successfully converted my console to DEX without any problem using this tools and without editing any thing also.

If it was a phat was it nand or nor?


Also was your ps3 qa flagged before you converted?


And what cex firmware were you on when you converted?
