i have tryed the game BLES01679 but no luck game is in french we need eng language if you have alook in game folder you will see no eng files in duplex release

Lol just like Dishonored XD. I dowbloaded Doom 3 BFG edition Duplex release and it said "Languages: English" in the .NFO and it was BLES01679.

Why are all these retail updates called "DEX fixes"?

A fix makes a game playable on firmware that it COULDN'T before.

As games are playable on DEX from disc, this is not a fix.

These are updates and should be labelled as such.

Maybe, because they are converted from retail to debug and this way are "fixed" for DEX

Thats a valid point but I still wouldn't consider this a fix though as the games are already playable.
