This is a picture of your motherboard? there when you have soldered wire Nor Tristate is all burnt and nothing is seen, first cleans plate and you can see that the damaged circuit.

Yes this is the my motherboard , during more solder is create this problem... , i can't clean because is attached into motherboard any suggestion for clean?

For you, the best gnd point is sbe into e3 cable or gnd into motherboard? Where is the altrnative sbe into e3 flasher? I've one photo but low quality!!

Then did you have a YLOD/RLOD/GLOD of death and have bridged or cracked solder balls under your GPU/CPU? Also did you reball both the CPU & GPU cause most of the time its the GPU that fails cause the CPU can handle more heat

Hello boys, i've found more problems, the hard disk sata connector moved, the blue led of e3 didn't start, if i move the e3 flasher into sata connector the led is start..., i've tried to connect the tristate to gnd of motherboard but nothing, the sata connector is possibile problem for power off the console?
EDIT: I've read who progskeet program the nor without power on playstation 3, if i power the nor chip and e3 with correct voltage, the flash is possibile?

I've one question: Where is the fuse into mainboard of Ps3 Slim Motherboard type: JSD-001 if i've create short circuite the fuse is probably break..
