i think this is the listed apps im not 100% sure FBA Next FCEU Genesis+ SNES Next VBA/GameBoy Next Gambatte Mednaften PCE Mednaften WonderSwan Color PRBoom looks like the bdRESET3.pkg lastGAME3.pkg stDISC2.pkg thats is for cfw 4.21 are signed with Key Revision [3.40 - 3.42] i checked with scetool 0.2.8 so i guess that to install the 4.21cfw u would have to be on 3.55 unless they can sign 4.21 fw with 4.21fw keys and removed the 3.40 keys from the revoked list for apps etc then fw above 3.55 fw would be able to install it . i dunno just have to wait and see whats happens
