I know that idiot senaxx pointed out the IP earlier, but i didnt bother looking at it untill @MARA87 mentioned it on IRC a few minutes ago, the IP the file downloads from is:

67.198.173.122:8090

Which if you do a whois on the IP, gives you this info:
CustName: Krypt Technologies
Address: 1100 North Market
City: Sacramento

A Google Search of Krypt Technologies showed me this:

Hacking scenes are against corporations that's how it has always been. They hack devices and share their knowledge and bask in the glory of making a device do what it wasn't meant to do while sticking it to the man.
That's what a scene does.
That's why they exist.

These people are now becoming the corporations but in fact a step worse. They managed to hack, but want to sell there findings. That is NOT a scene...that is a corporation, hated by corporations and sceners alike.

When a person really want to beleive in a CFW and dont get it, he/she would be really looking for the next best thing, and This is NOT it.

Noobs advice:
Dont fall for it, It is a Trojan horse, waiting for you to get butt****ed becuase you felt like it was a "free" gift,
