Well @hellsing9 considering how much has been kept from us users, I would not doubt there is also a private circle jerk of devs that have access to files on the wiki we do not.

If we start with the *inner circles* among other topics, this will end closed.
Anyone (luckily) is free to think what the hell he/she wants to.

I will pass this time to speak my mind on that matter.

But without proof of *existence* is pure speculation on something that everyone suspects.
We have enough raw data along 3 months = DEX partial conversion, 3.60 keys, etc to connect point A and B to see that those *leaks* were not accidental (i already said this more than 10 times xD).

Someone got mad or got tired of hold certain info, not in the wiki of course and choose to release as Anon on a other side of *World* so to speak. (Like EOL)

i dont like the term "leak" for cfw/hack/exploit releases.

nobody has ownership except sony so instead of a leak i prefer the term release, although the release denies the person holding back any credit but thats tough ****.

anon releasers are awesome and show there are actually some people who like to uphold scene values

until next time anon guy, love you long time

OkAy can we get back on topic. So far all we need to do i to dump the local storage of the SPU? There is always a way to slow down the CPU and if we can do that while its either booting up or slowing down it would be plausible to make a code to inject in it kind of like a NOP Slide or a buffer overflow of some sort to then dump the local storage and obtain the keys.

Let stop and look at the pastie again for a sec...It says that this is done with dex firmware and buy setting a boot in dev mode switch you can save to the local storage when it crashes....is this statement even possible...I have not spent any time playing with dex firmware so I'm not sure what's even possible...second...why have it write to the LS if you can't recover it later?

I hope to finish the flasher install tonight..if I get it downgraded and the dex installed tonight, it should be ready to run some tests tomorrow..

Is there even a 3.55 dex patched for linux available?
