Hi i finaly got my system flashed to kemaw 3.55 and useing rogero and im trying to load twisted metal but it says i need 3.73 or higher to play this game so dose that mean i cant play any games that need 3.73+ or is there some kinda patch i can use cause i seen something called a eboot patch. Any help would be much appreciated

I download the eboot patch and copy and pasted in the twisted metal folder but it didnt work still says 3.73 needed. I read that these patchs wont work on any thing needing 3.60 or higher.

@l3igl3ang , looks like you need the US version for this patch to work.

i got it off a torrent site and im useing rogero to play the game and i pretty sure its the us verison. Is there some kinda patching proggram i use to put the patchs in or do i just copy and paste?

just copy and paste, you should replace the original EBOOT file , rogero will probably ask you to update the PARAM.SFO, because the game normallly requires higher firmware to play..

then it should work...

no it never said any thing in rogero about PARAM.SFO it dose just as if i didnt have the patch

if the PARAM.SFO isnt changed to 3.55 the ps3 will still ask you to update i think.
you can manually edit the PARAM.SFO with SFO EDIT i think, or let the backup manager do it... multiman or rogero

ok it worked the game is loaded thanks for the help

the game is taking forever to load though is that normal? the ext hdd im useing is a old one i got for $3 at a yard sale so it might be a 5400 rpm dose that matter on ps3 games.

if you have enough room on your internal hdd you could try to copy it over via rogero.

personally i havent tested twisted metal, but i have no problems myself with loading speed from external...
