i'm on 3.55 rogero with 4.25 spoof and have an e3 flasher...tried to update on xmb and recovery mode.
both failed, have also tried to format my usb device and tried it again, no luck.

I also had replaced the laser, but the replacement was also defective, I got another one from the seller and that one still works..
Have you connected the flatcable (on the laser and on the drive) correctly and put the laser in the zero-position?

Exactly. Everyone is excited, as they should be. It seems a new CFW is on the horizon and that a few bugs are being worked out. Just need to be patient and wait for the goods to be released. When something is released, there will be countless posts of valid confirmations and front page news updates, so there really is no need to rush into installing FWs posted all over the place. You can bet there will be 50 fakes long before the real deal is released to the public.

I got 4.21 that doesnt require any keys. FREE for any ps3. But it have few minor bugs that need polish.
For PSN you must spoof index dat. For FTP you must resign it with newer tools like scetool and then use it.
Rest need detail testing so wait few days.

yeah..and that cracked pup from italia...(already proving fake?!) must be bad cuse it gives errors on extract/decrypt core_os_package.pkg and size is arround 7mb, something is wrong on this although the aim_spu_module.self is replaced/ match the ofw425 file, wait for verified devs to build on for us, i tryed to reproduce from the tips given but then the lv0 news, must relax and wait couple days so things are clear again, just to messy atm
