mate you can, I have downgraded many many consoles with my e3.

All you have to do is run toggle.qa pkg from the xmb menu make sure console beeps and hey presto you can now install OFW 3.55 then the new CFW 4.21

You should be able to update after dehashing?
I would still wait a few days if I were you, see what happens.

Hmm. after reading the change log, can only run games from disk icon, and homebrew cannot run without re-signing. I'm beginning to doubt if this is a CFW at all. It sounds more like a HFW to me. The only thing which IMO, which makes me think otherwise is the spoofing to 4.25.

Just use the file above I posted, install it run it from xmb and make sure you get the beeps, job done dehashed.
