According to the article, yes. The console has to be properly dehashed, otherwise you will have a brick on a downgraded console.

From the article:
ATTENTION: This CFW doesn’t have LV1 checks disabled and can’t be installed on Downgraded PS3 consoles unless you have Dehashed/Reset Syscon Properly

What do you mean you have this cfw 4.21 rogero pup? You have it, or you have already installed it? If you have a console that has been downgraded before, then you need to dehash then console. Since you have already left rogero to kmeaw and rebug, then I would say your console was already dehashed. AFAIK, dehashing it again won't hurt anything. Someone correct me if I am wrong

pag sure.. i installed it to my ps3 3.55 cfw to 4.21 rogero in recovery menu.. now playing nba 2k13.. :-)

Kmeaw 3.55>OFW 3.55> ROGERO 4.21... Black screen> restarted system> system restored everything> still have install package files and game app...checked system info. said its on 4.25?... so i went to reinstall 3.55 OFW but through Recovery **says something like upgrade after 4.25???**...gives me corrupted data any help or ideas on how to go back?

Oh btw install package files, game app, and Rogero manager gives me error...

It was QA flagged after downgraded and before upgrading to Kmeaw, anyway thanks for replying.

I have this PUP file still on my laptop not installed yet on console, do I need to QA flag extra.pkg run on my XMB and update to OFW 3.55 from Rebug 3.55.2 to this new CFW 4.21 Rogero? thanks for replying mate...
