@pereb27 @Asure Thank you, I recovered from a semi-brick coming back from DEX. It was from my understanding just triggering QA I was dehashed. I even went from Rogero to Kmeaw with no issues. But as I am typing this right now am I installed 3.55OFW and then Kmeaw. Thank you I don't need another brick.

So after reading all this, i have to activate the QA flagg then check if its really on, then install 3.55 OFW via recovery mode and then install 4.21 via recovery mode. Am i right ?

To Qa flag the Qa way do what was posted earlier in this thread.

After you go to OFW 3.55 install Kmeaw from the xmb, (or recovery menu if it errors)
From Kmeaw toggle Qa flag off, and you can delete the app if you like.
Then install 4.21 CFW from the xmb.
Make sure to check md5 hash on all PUP files before installing them onto your ps3!
I bet a lot of these bricks are from users in a hurry, and don't know how to make sure the PUP file has downloaded to your pc correctly.

Ok this confused me, sorry for being a noob but i really dont want to brick it xD so i have rogero 3.4, I install QA flag and then i check doing this "enter button combo to check you are qa flagged. (L1 + L2 + L3 (press left stick) + R1 + R2 + dpad_down: Set your cursor on Network Settings and press the key combo (all at the same time))", then i install the 3.55 ofw via recovery, then as you say i install kmeaw 3.55 and this is what i dont understand, i turn off QA flag? If yes, how ? Then how do i check the md5 hash on pups

To toggle Qa flag off, simply run the app again. There is no reason to have Qa flag on after dehash is done. It won't work on 4.21 anyway.

The md5 for Rogero 4.21 cfw is MD5: 418b6d659ba7201b04247618929e73ff

So use a program on your pc like md5 checker, or there are a million of them. And check that the md5 sum matches.

Ok i will give it a try :D Im gonna install the 4.21 right after i install 3.55 ofw, i can't find a valid kmeaw cfw

I have done it on a fat nor model #CECHH01, that was downgraded and dehashed. Installed 4.21 cfw from xmb, while on Kmeaw.

I also did my slim cech-2501a, never been updated past 3.55. I installed ofw 3.55 from recovery, then kmeaw from xmb. Then 4.21 cfw from xmb.

All was smooth on both consoles.
