Wish this post wasn't so.old I'd buy it. I read a while back somewhere that you.could downgrade any ps3 using Usb of 3.55 thru recovery. I just literally sold my jailbroken ps3 cause I have (well had 2 of them) cause it was only a 160 gb and kept the 300+ gb one I just got for Christmas last year I use that one used that one stock to access pan and shiznit. So now I read cause its a CECH-3*** console can't be downgraded, is this true or am I reading old information. Basically I don't wanna go to gamestop right to buy the largest Hdd Ps3 they got there if I don't have too, this is what I get for selling my stuff I knew I shouldn't have done it. Needed the money tho guess there's no point in having a jailbroken ps3 and no internet access to download the games lol. So what are my choices

Kool thanx.Sims just go grab a new.one at gamestop hopefully they still.come on 3.55 firmware like this one did. They got the same 300+ gb bundle there I.got in January front uncle in the mail. He didn't know I had one and and we just had met so he tried to do something nice for me. **** I'm not turning down a few ps3 either way lol. But ya is there anyway to know what firmware there come on stock, I got money but I'm far from rich and got 3 kids so I don't wanna waste 400+ dollars if its gonna come with firmware above 3.55 ya know. If I was a ******* I'd just take my kids older one and.swap with this one. I see that as a scumbag move tho he loves that thing lol plus I bought it.for him last around same time I.got this one so its probably the same.CECH anyway. I need to read into stuff more than being all gung hoe

Try and go for a 120GB or 250GB guaranteed with 3.55 except for the super slims
