For those that bricked their PS3 and dont have a NAND/NOR it will be possible to recover it:

We have an update and Rogero has said you will be able to unbrick with a flasher without your backup. Using the flasher you will then dump a backup and patch it, and write it back to the nor. You will need a hardware flasher and a dongle for the downgrade process, once unbricked.

my ps3 is CECH-2504B 320gb cfw 3.55 kmeaw is there a lot of bricked console with that
model? if not can someone confirm me that CFW work on that model end how do you installed
my PS3 never Downgrade my original firmware was 3.50

Is was on Rebug 3.55.2 and this procedure worked number one for me.

- Flash rebug 3.55.2
- Rebooted once to xmb then return to recovery mode
- Flash Original 3.55 PUP from Sony
- Rebooted once to xmb then return to recovery mode
- Flash Rogero 4.21 CFW v1
- Reboot to xmb.

It work's, the only bug I've found so far is leaving the game with PS button (it won't show the leave the game option), i have to press and hold the PS button to be able to exit the game. Other than that 4.21CFW all the way. I can confirm that at least RESISTANCE 3, DEAD ISLAND and DEUX EX HUMAN REVOLUTION work 100% without patches, the 1st one from external and the next 2 from internal.
