There was a 4.21 CFW to 3.55 downgrader released with Rogeros CFW.

It wont downgrade OFW, but it should downgrade 4.21 CFW to 3.55

- Downgrading back to 3.55 is always possible using the following steps : - Download the 4.25 downgrader PUP ---> 4.25 Downgrader Size 176MB (184,595,263 bytes) MD5: 49d80e07fc1f5ca1b0840e02e94635db - Rename the downloaded file to "PS3UPDAT.PUP" and put it on your USB in: "USB\PS3\UPDATE\PS3UPDAT.PUP" - While on Rogero CFW4.21, go to System Update from XMB and install the 4.25 downgrader CFW. - Once installed, now put "Rogero CEX-3.55 CFW V3.7" on your USB in: "USB\PS3\UPDATE\PS3UPDAT.PUP" ---> Rogero CEX-3.55 CFW V3.7.PUP - Start the PS3 into Recovery Menu and install "Rogero CEX-3.55 CFW V3.7" (from Recovery Menu, this is important) - Once the install is finished, you're now back on Rogero CFW3.55 v3.7 (from here it's better to dehash again before installing any other OFW/CFW 3.55)

If you're on 4.21 CFW it is possible to software downgrade yes. But if a new CFW comes like 4.30 then you don't have to downgrade you can just upgrade to the new cfw becasue the pup can still be signed on your CFW

You need to be on 3.55 to install any CFW.

It really is pathetic, these posts from these devs; they basically are saying "We knew how to do this but refused to release it"

So what if $ony tried to sue them, seriously these guys can code and hack but cannot find an unsecure wifi hotspot and leak the info anonymously?! I cannot code and I can do that! A 7 year old can do that, yet these geniuses didnt think about doing it. I know it it were me I would do it to get my own back for $ony trying to sue me.

What would $ony have done? Yes it was their work, but $ony wouldnt have any proof that they were the ones who leaked it. Just silly excuses from these devs, not for the first time and definitely not for the last time either.

I think in short time like my console wich can be downgraded to 3.55 they will release a 4.xx downgrader like the 4.21to 3.55 for ofw
