i didnt scratch the cpu only the silicon part and the green under and thats the result nice service on sony should have just ask more here

If you scratched a trace on the board, you can go to radio shack. They make this solder trace pen. It's like using a white out stick. Just follow your broken traces with that thing and let it dry real well before testing. The instructions are on the package. The pen is like $20 though. If it's just the green part, you're fine. But if anything metal got messed up, you're gonna need the pen to repair it
