3.55kmeaw w/old rebug 3.56 spoofer

1. Unspoofed.
2. MultiMan flash backup.
3. QA Flag (Failed)
4. QA Flag (Worked)
5. PS3 Recovery Menu
6. Update to 4.21 v1.09
7. No brick (!)

Installed .pkgs just fine. Moving over a game to test now. Note: Does not allow PSN access (for now?).

It's supposed to be "PS3UPDAT.PUP"

I had some problems with it accessing the update. I was sure the MD5 and folder structure was correct, removing and plugging in the usb drive (int the right-most port) solved it for me.

I downgraded my PS3 long time ago from 3.4x (cant remember) to 3.41 with regular PUP (not using any flasher) in service mode. Am i ok to install 4.21 or any other upcoming cfw? Thanks!

Actually it depends on how you look at it, at the moment it's still 3.55 that is the highest hackable firmware, if you are on anything higher you cannot run this CFW unless you have a HW-flasher and as I understand even then it's not even possible with the latest revision..

Alternative safe?

2- Alternative Way ( CFW4.21 v1.00 --> Recovery Menu --> CFW4.21 v1.09 )
---- You can try updating from CFW4.21 v1.00 to CFW4.21 v1.09 from Recovery Mode first.
Have anybody tried this?????????/ IS it working?
