yes, QA always to reset syscon, also some people will get spoof 4.40 problems...all coming from the same problem. "not using QA"

After all this the main question that remains is where do we get the original Eboots? Even with the resigner tool still we have games that we changed also some other files to make them work on 3.55 CFW.

Any ideas?

I followed Rogero CFW 4.21 v1.09 tutorial on Tortuga Cov exactly for my PS3 Slim Chech-2001A (500GB internal HDD) and am running Rogero CFW 4.21 v1.09. I just played Persona 4 Arena and Madden NFL 2013. They play fine. Now to put RE6 Bles and see if I can get to play that.

Just a question: Can I install this CFW on a Ps3 which has Basefirmware 3.50 but actually is on OFW 4.11 ?
Or is downgrading still required?
On other sites some user said that if the BAseFW is lower than 3.55, its possible to update from OFW 4.XX too.

you need a flasher to downgrade.

Downgrading still required because you need to be on CFW or OFW 3.55 to install CFW 4.21 it wont work any other way.

Went from 4.21 DEX to this, and it runs very stable so far.

I can't show enough gratitude towards the three musketeers and Rogero. Also, I guess, to the leaker. Despite not approving of what he did, I can't deny that his action has gotten us this scene revival.

lmaooo went from 3.55 kmeaw straight to rogero 4.0 v1.9, by the way its beeen like two years now, i feel i can play all my games, please i feel we need brand new homebrews exotic ones to celebrate the new year .....

This explains the 4.40 message. I was using QA, but i had not tested the button combo. Probably QA didn´t work on the first try

So this is a safer version of Rogero CFW 4.21, I don't wanna get rush onto it coz I feel good with 1.00 for now. just wait for higher new CFW, 4.30 perhaps?
