Just a question; I have 4.25, but my PS3 is a too recent version to support 3.55, can I still use the downgrader?

No - you have to be on 3.55 or below.

Just lets you remove it and go back to standard 3.55.

The numbering is a bit confusing for sure.

Alright, since my PS3 doesn't support 3.55 then I assume a HW flasher won't help me either?

Nope. You need to buy an old ps3, or just keeping waiting and hope for another breakthrough.

So what it means that if my OFW is 4.12,I can downgrade to 3.55 without any hardware?

This is only good if you are on 3.55 or less.

I have OFW 4.25 in my Slim. Is it possible to put newest Rogero to it? Through recovery mode or how?

Couple of years i had kmeaw in my slim, but now it has OFW.
