whats the dex benefit anyway that the new cfw 4.12 1.09 cannot do? can u enlighten me pls.. im currently on rogero 4.12 v1.09 and i can play new games but theirs still no psn cause 4.30 comes out

No it wont.
The fact the keys have been leaked can lead us to new CFW, not DEX releases.

It worked but still have to wait for update pkgs which is the brakes. So whats the deal with new dex fw? Im going to rogero once i learn how to dex->cex properly.
