ive found that the usb slot 1 black screens all games.. so i put in slot 2 and all games loading now.. maybe its only mine,, but i was worried at 1st but am happy with 4.21 cfw now..

well i installed it but i just about got murdered by my wife. it seems to have installed correctly but had a problem while doing it. During the update it black screen so i played dumb and let it sit there for about 15 mins cuz i was a little depressed thinking i bricked but after waiting i turned it off then back on then it said to do a system restore and it works fine now. king of dodged a bullet and almost had a big paper weight.

I just updated my 3.55 kmew slim to 3.55 ofw with qa toggle enable and then to rogero 4.21 cfw.

All went fine so far. After updating i installed newest multiman with bdemu pkg and so on. .
But i cant start my old games from multiman. When i start then the game loades and i got an black screen. Sometimes i here music but the screen is always black. All my games are on 3.55 nfo and it takes no metter if i put an regular game disk in the drive or not.

Any ideas on that?

Try and plug the usb into the 2nd port..
My 1st usb slot black screens all games, but still charges controller so, meh.

Hello, I have a 40gb phat CECHG which had suffered a YLOD in the past. I tried to update to this version directly from 3.55 kmeaw and at 70% the system shut down and i bricked. Im not sure if this was caused from the CFW itself or from the cpu overheating due to the past YLOD. I do not seem to be able to enter to recovery menu. Is there any possible solution i can use to fix it?
