I agree with this, it sucks when its always asking for you to install the patch and I would rather not disable the internet connection every time I wanna play it. I can upload the EBOOT for you!

I have the game i believe ,will be making one if i see the fix files will work ..I am looking at Resident evil Raccoon City ATM ,to see if i can fix..I will try to make a fix & if works will post a fake patch fix for Dishonored. I will do this with every game i can I may need files if your game is different game id than mine .. I will let you know ..
