Heres the Post I was looking for!
Telling everyone the truth, ModderExcess can be a complete dumbass, but he is smart and knows what he is doing. I got into his mediafire account and he had some saved work on it. He had some of his 4.30 Dev_Flash Files on it and he has ALL the 4.30 Public Keys and I signed an 4.25 Eboot and it worked. (Compatable with the SCETool 0.2.9). Also the files installed on 3.55 fine but installed on 4.30 OFW and bricked. He is a dumbass, but he is a smart dumbass for sure.
Later on I will Leak the Files onto here as a thread so people can use his public keys for 4.30 and use his CFW Files on 4.30 and 3.55. He also had ALL his Android Files on their so I could root my phone using his Kernal Unlock Code (Bootldr unlock well) and CPU Overclock. The only other files on their was his 3.55, 3.56 and 3.70 jailbreak for PS3, GBA Bios, hex Editor (OCT), his decrypter, vHBL, Vita CFW Test, and some homebrew packs. So nothing over to the current ps3 scene other than the files i am going to leak tomorrow.  Dumbass, or Smart Dumbass. He is still a part of the PS3 Scene to me!
