Hi everyone ! my ps3 is Rogero w/ 3.70 spoof i dont know what version of rogero it is, but do i need to go to OFW 3.55 then 4.30 CFW?
rogero w/ 3.70 spoof > QA FLAG > OFW 3.55 > QA Flag > 4.30 CFW? is this the right sequence? somebody help me im new to the scene.

PSN works fine on the 4.30cfw's cept E3 you cant log into playstation home

i did not downgrade, do i still need to update to rogero cfw 3.55 on recovery menu or i can update it just like a normal system update?

Works. Here's what I did:
CFW 3.55 -> QA Flag -> OFW 3.55 -> Rogero 3.55 v3.7 -> Rogero 4.30 v1.00
40GB - CECHG01

This might matter to some people, but I can't use Playstation Home with this new firmware. As reported earlier, I'm getting 'cannot be used during demonstration mode.' And yes, it's Rogero not E3..

EDIT UPDATE: Some bad news here guys.. I was in the PSN store and my system crashed. When I turned it back on it had to rebuild the file system. Now I can't use Playstation Home, it had to download the PSN Store? And when it finished it says 'An error has occured with the Playstation Store. Please restart the application to continue. When I quit and retry I get the same error. Help !! lol..

UPDATE 2: Solved the PSN Store problem. It was an error in my network settings. Sorry for any confusion. However, for those ppl who care about PS Home.. seems you cannot use that application with this firmware.
