Guys! please READ, for some reason this seems like a Zombie outbreak LOL!

DO NOT START TRYING TO INSTALL A CFW TO YOUR PS3 IF YOU DO NOT KNOW 100% WHAT IS REQUIRED TO DO SO, FIND SOMEONE WHO KNOWS AND LET HIM DO IT FOR YOU.

Remember that you are responsible for anything you do to your console, if you decide to start messing with things you don't fully comprehend, then don't come back crying out loud.

PS3Hax have enough information available in the forums for every doubt you might have, the problem is that people come here with maximum laziness and expect to get everything in a silver plate and ready to be 1-Click-Solution.

Sorry to put it this way, but if you want to hack your PS3 console the right way, you need to put some time and dedication to it, even to install a simple Custom Firmware, ...why?...because you could brick, and if you don't have the proper tools, you might not be able to recover your PS3, and it would become worthless.

So please, stop filling this thread with non-sense, lets try to be technical, if you encounter a problem, or a bug, try to post as much detailed information
as possible, don't just come here and post "THE GAME DOESNT RUN FUUUU!!!"...honestly when people come like that, what comes through my mind is "He / She definitely did something wrong"

All this is just my opinion, many people have posted detailed procedures and they have successfully installed Rogero CFW 4.30 and previous verified releases.

I actually have NO problems on my PS3 consoles with Rogero CFW 4.30, as I have said before, I have confirmed that all my game backups are working fine, around 10+ games have been tested (without 3.55 fixes, just clean, and without PKG fixes as well) many of these games require 3.60+ / 4.00+ and are working fine without any modification (even lower FW games are working without any mod), the only thing I had to do in some rare cases was to activate BD-Mirror on multiMAN, by selecting the game, pressing and doing so in its option menu.

I installed the PS3~dev_blind.zip after activating write access to dev_flash using multiMAN v04.08.01, then on the file manager I double click / pressed twice on the ZIP and followed on screen instructions.

PSN is working fine without any certificate modification or special network configuration, so I don't know why people are reporting issues.

Again, check the forums, don't be lazy, and you will find all your answers.

Oh and most importantly, have patience and don't do things without organizing.

Ok guys something is seriously wrong!! I can't load any game even below 3.55 which i know should definitely work!! I keep getting a black screen freeze every time I load one and it's only been since I've installed this new Rogero 4.30 today.

Any help would be very much appreciated

1- Make sure your backups are clean (no 3.55/3.41 fixes are applied).
2- Make sure in XMB->Game Data Utility remove any update / installation data, and let the game install them again.
3- Use the latest multiMAN v04.08.01
4- Check the specific game options and try activating BD-Mirror option
5- Try BD-ROM Emulator (Standard) on multiMAN options.
