Progskeet v1.2 shorts
Apparantly my board is not the only one doing this according to a few other members in the progskeets IRC live chat room.
After testing our progv1.2 in winskeet we received this message "shorts found checkGP0 GP1 GP2 GP3 GP4 GP5 GP6 GP7 GP8 GP9 GP10 GP11 GP12 GP13 GP14 and GP15" These points are not on either the mainboard or the slave board so we are now waiting for a reply from the progskeet team for a updated manual. has anyone else in THIS forum had this issue?? **I've also emailed my seller of the issue so if anything cant be done I can have this replaced..hopefully. |

I had this problem on my progskeet 1.1, So, what I did is, Clean the pcb with some isopropyl alcohol using q-tip's.

http://www.ps3hax.net/attachment.php...6&d=1351265947 and the "GP" points to pads on the progskeet (the solder points) the "GP" are what they are called on the v1.1 but on the 1.2 they are called "P" so if you remove the "G" part of the above then it should point to the correct pad on the prog1.2 but as i said in p/m with the defect and now this i would send it back for an exchange |

Clean the PCB with Isopropyl Alcohol 70% ( only using q-tips ) , First clean it, then try checking for shorts.
