apologies, i originally posted the link so he could install a bios file in order to run an emulator on his psp..I assumed it wouldnt be considered piracy since if you look within our conversation the use of the link is specified as a way for him to acquire the bios..I also assumed it wouldnt be considered piracy since the same activity of acquiring original software that has been stripped of its copy-protection and made available on the Internet for downloading is all over this forum. But i will go ahead and remove the link I had previously posted.

LOL no prob I actually don't know strictly what is considered piracy on here but I do know that linking BIOS is still piracy and your mention about eboots they are more considered fixes just like NoCD/NoDVD patches for games where the DRM is removed are not legally considered piracy (at least from what I can remember).

yeah I was aware that it was something i needed to PM after I had posted the link. Although I believe in SONYS mind, just about everything could be considered piracy lol.
