I had that issue. I finally got it to work after trial and error.
I updates to rogero 4.30.
I copied the game to the internal hard drive. I changed the settings to boot internal and bd mirror. With no disc in the dive it would not play however after I added a game it started to work.

i been looking at files and i can turn the sounds files in to mp3 and they play fine on my pc and also i can change them back to the original file . ive not tried put them back on the game to see if they work yet as its too earlyer to play the game and test it but i will later on . if they do play then its possible to change the files and add music u want . but so far i like the music . ive have found a file that reference id to teh music track , so it could be possible to kept the music with the game and also add you own music too .

so i will be testing it all propley later today .

the game itself is ok. yesterday i just drove around the city collecting cars i wonder how many cars are there scattered around?

I have one problem though. When i launch the game it says that i need to upgrade my FW before i can play this game. If i press X (OK), game quits to XMB (update window), but if i press O (NO) where it warns me about update the game just starts. PARAM.SFO says 3.55 and im on KMEAW. Any thought? Thanks.
