Is there a semi-corellation between when the games were leaked/ripped, to which games are getting patched first.

I.e: priority is for first game out chronologically etc, or do games like AC3 get priority because they are new.... trying to figure out a pattern, and see if borderlands 2 etc might get patched soon.
