Alright folks,

Many 4.30 CFW has been out but is there anyway to update MFW builder for 4.30FW so we customize how we want it - pretty much like with CFW 3.55.

You must have never used the MFW Builder to ask a question like that... Since there are DOZENS of options, I suggest you should take a look.

Anyway devs are not releasing their patches in the wiki, so MFW Builder can't be updated. People can try to "diff" the OFW files with the CFWs and create TCL scripts to make the needed patches, but there're still some questions to be answered. For example, why CFW 4.30 (E3 & Rogero, they are almost identical) are in demonstration mode? Nobody wants that.

I'm pretty sure in a few weeks we'll see an update of the MFW Builder. I only install FWs made by myself using the builder, so I'm definitely waiting for that.

yes i have used mfw builder . i asked what he want to mod . eg if it was to add custom rco files then i would say he could use ftp or file manger.

i wanted to know what he want to mod. so if there was away round this for now i can tell him like i would if it was cos of rco files .

and the fw is not in demo mode base , he had to use some parts so the cfw was less buggy . its still cex base
