What do you mean with hit & miss? I have a psp 1000 with 5.50 gen, do i have to buy a downgrade dongle, e3card reader?

Hi, for the simple downgrade with E3 NOR downgrade edition, when you get to Finishing the downgrade in service mode, there is a step at the beginning that says "Turn the ps3 back off insert your dev usb board (programmed with the correct files) into the right usb slot." What is the dev usb board, and wich files are the correct files?
At De-Hashing:
Install and run QA-toggle and make sure it beeps the program is PS3UPDAT.PUP in the QA flag way folder?
Finally,
Power off console
Put unpatched official firmware (e.g. 3.55) on USB Mass Storage device as /PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP and insert in PS3 What is the unpatched official firmware (e.g; 3.55)? Is it the 3.55.cfw for example?

A dev board is a avr USB there is a list in the first bit of the tutorial the files can be located here in the morning when I upload them buddy

P.s. I use minimus v1




In the package the dehashed folder has 3.55 ofw install this and then you are de hashed

Then install your flavour or cfw

i'm speechless
i asked and they soldered them.
i didnt realise i needed 2 in the middle soldering when i ordered so did them myself.
but omg this is a development board.
its for developing.

maybe its the whole cfw that is making them back out of the order ? who knows.

did you tell them it was for downgrading ps3's?
or just ask for the pins soldering?

lol I was shocked too when I read the email. I didn't give them much detail actually, only it was to fix the bricked ps3. Anyways, i ordered from another website and this time I surely won't ask them anything ) Maybe I was kinda suspicious to them or maybe they don't wanna mess with a s*ny product, I have no idea.
So, now I will get the pure Teensy++ 2.0 board I hope everything will be Ok

You no longer have to solder for a unbrick look on e3-tech.net for the new way if baileys hasn't updated the guide yet
