My pleasure man , hope I can contribute later with more details for those who are on Rogero CFW 4.21 (v1.0 / v1.09) and want to safely update to Rogero CFW 4.30 (v1.0 / Patched). So basically that would be some downgrade tips to switch back to Rogero CFW 3.55 (v3.7), then after that previous tips should do the job.

Yesterday I moved to Rogero CFW 4.30 without a problem, i was on kmeaw 3.55 never had to downgrade so i just started qflag, and updated from recovery all without a problem

Only thing I've found is that some games (ACIII and Uncharted 3) does not recognize my on-line passes i re-download them from psn they both activated OK, but games doesn't recognize them

So did lots of testing and Rogero 4.30 works great!!
I installed it like this
On CFW4.21>downdrade with his downgrade pup then Q&A Now install Rogero 3.7 FROM recovery followed by Rogere 4.30 FROM recovery.
MUltiman works great from the options that I used.
I had some issues with downloads from my downloads under account so I just data transfered from my OFW 4.30 system ( Yes that works ) and activated them under account manager.
Now I have all my paid for content on my CFW system and it works LOL no more reactpsn.
I just spent 2 hours on DC universe online and had NO Problems.

Has anyone got a list of confirmed working consoles and those that have bricked (if any) with 4.30?

I have a CECH 2502B model slim and can't seem to find anything about any issues.

Am running 3.55 KMEAW and has never been downgraded.

Really? I've seen multiple people with that model that have upgraded. You should be fine. Bricks are caused by user error for the new version.
