no. it works great as a fsm dongle.

Not really, I still use it to get PS3 into service mode and to use for my sd card to write to the E3 flasher

I tried to get into service mode but could not, I dont know if the downgrade files are old or what? I am on the lastest ofw I think its 4.25.

dafuq? you cant get into fsm above 3.55 or you will be stuck. you damn sure cant downgrade without a hardware flasher on anything above 3.55.

Technically you can.. You will just be stuck, unless you have a flasher, or the LVL1 keys for that firmware.
