I'm not the best at german but I'm OK and I understand that if you want to downgrade without a flasher you have to have a NoCheck CFW aka this does not work for people on OFW.

check the link yourself the infos come from a moderator from a mayor german ps3 hacking site, i trust his informations, but my english isnt to good either, as far as i understand you can install any cfw over a cfw IF qa_toggle was installed on the system before, and even if you are on ofw and have been qa-flagged before it should be working anyway you still need a flasher for downgrades past 3.56

Since we can decrypt the firmwares isn't any way to find the qa flag combo if it even exist for 3.60+ OFW?
