If your ps3 is a phat it will have a label on it that says CECHXXX If your ps3 is a slim it will have a label on it that says CECH-XXXXA or B. No one can truly help you unless you provide this info. Replace all X's with real numbers/leters.

Obviously you converted your console to DEX from CEX. Why the hell would you try a DEX firmware to begin with if you thought you were on CEX? It's like your asking to Brick. If you want to install CEX Firmware, u need to convert back to CEX. That can be simple depending on if you have your flash backups, but it doesn't sound like you know what your really doing, so I would suggest just to stay on DEX. God knows how u got there to begin with.
