If I go near a computer without adblock plus it breaks my heart, if you don't have it installed get it now!!!
Don't use IE much but got the block list from http://www.fanboy.co.nz/ set up cause some people that use my computer insist on using IE for some reason. I used opera browser on my android and instructions for setting up adblocking are on that site too. Used an ad blocking app on the phone but it was blocking some full sites I was trying to access! My browser of choice though for my home PC is Iron. The Chrome version of adblock plus works with that but for some reason doesn't get rid of everything. My way around it is to have a VB script run when I start up my computer which updates the Iron file from the fanboy site. Last edited by fatguy666; 10-25-2012 at 08:41 AM. |

When Adblock Plus isn't enough I tend to use Hiding Element Helper.
Adblock on YouTube blocks most ads, not all, so Hiding Element helps a lot to get rid of all ads. |

Been seeing a bit more abuse on the Ads that are intrusive for when I use Safari on my iPad3. Its getting close to how bad it is on ps3iso dot coms forum. Please stop.

While using Opera:
 I guess the same goes for Internet Explorer 9/10, Google Chrome and the others unfiltered. Thankfully I only use Firefox and the add-ons are extremely helpful to block any unwanted content. |
