1. download the 1.02 update and the eboot fix for the update and this SFO above

2. install the 1.02 update

3. browse to dev_hdd0/games/BLUS30982/usrdir/put the EBOOT here

4. then goto dev_hdd0/games/BLUS30982/put the SFO here ( when this happens the folder should be auto renamed to BLES01684 )

5 run game and enjoy

hope this works and remember these files DO NOT go in the game backup folder

let me know if that worked, if it does then i will add to my first post for all looking for the BLES fix ^_^

Still tells me to update to 4.10 or higher.I don't know man, maybe fixing only the eboot is not the way to go, maybe there's a lot of files inside the patch that need to fixed too.

You need to rebuild the database as you have installed the retail update before copying over the files.

Because you are not installing a fixed pkg file, the info in the database doesn't get replaced.

No, replace then rebuild so it reads the replaced/edited SFO file

No, the required FW is written to the database every time you install a pkg. As you are only swapping files, the FW requirement is still there. So, rebuild it is OR install a fixed pkg.
