Hey guys when I initially installed rogero 4.30 my games worked but now I get a black screen I also tried changing the payload to standard and reboot but still black screen all param and eboot is official. Any one else have this problem???

i need help from anyone who knows ps3 errors, every time i turn on my ps3 it boots up for a few seconds and then the blue light above the eject button flashes and then my ps3 turns off and has no power going to it and i have to unplug it and plug it back in to turn it on, i've been told it is a malfunction in the blu ray drive but im not really sure, can someone please help me. thanks

Is this only you?? All my fixes work on the new 4.30 CFW...
Mayb not if I signed a new game now and run it but the likes of (uncharted 3) work with the 355 fix..if youve got 2 externals drives plugged in , unplug 1 and it may help..
None of my games work with more than 1 external plugged in..

I have my hdd plugged in usb000 and a thumb drive in usb001 maybe that's why I'm getting a black screen...will test out when I get home.

Update: so I tested it out and yes you are right if 2 externals are plugged in during boot games don't work and boot up with one hdd and it's fine it also seems fine to plug in the second hdd after boot also (for me anyway) but for now I will boot up with no external and plug in once the system has loaded. +1 for you

For those of you resigning EBOOT's for 4.21 use, I noticed that the content id can be gotten from the EBOOT itself rather than having to use PKG_ContentID.

So if you no longer have the pkg file, here's a small program I wrote up to get the content id from the eboot file.

Just drag the EBOOT.BIN onto the file "get_content_id.exe". I included the c source file in case anyone was interested.

3.55 kmeaw to 4.30 rogero from recovery menu. just did the qa thing before doing anything and everything went smooth. just deleted the game datas and updated from multiman. now i am playing mw3 multiplayer. thanks to all people behhind this hilarious progress.

another question off the topic.. is there a way to play bf3 and warfigter online without buying the online passes?
