Cant remember the last time I saw an "update to higher FW" nag screen.  @naddel81 Spoof doesnt mess things up unless you forget about it and try do other things while it hasnt been disabled. But its all easily fixable.

OK, convinced! which spoofer to use? I got waninkoko V1 CFW 3.55. I found the Spoofer Enabler-Disabler [9.99] [WANINKOKO v2].PKG

I would switch to OFW 3.55 and then kmeaw or rogero 3.7, but its up to you.

If anyone is interested I can 100% confirm that with these keys & scetool and make_fself you can play all the games on DEX without the need of an update! Already tested with Dishonored (FW required 4.21 ) and MOH Warfighter (FW required 4.25 ) on DEX 4.21, no update applied and no PARAM change - working like a charm.

i try decrypt games with this TrueAncestor EBOOT Resigner-olscool355resign
but can decrypt only games on 3xx, games that require 4xx wont work where i`m wrong? |

Open it with note pad and see whats going on. Or even easier use SCEtool/SCEtool gui to view the key file.
