just wondering does this PS3 come with 3.55 or Lower seeing as its an old one..As a shop near me has this new .. the exact same as the picture

Well if it truly is a bundled version (game in box sealed) then the PS3 should be <=3.50

It really depends on the CECH serial and the date codes to be 100% accurate.

EDIT: ps3devwiki is "experiencing technical difficulties" so cant check right now.

i have a 320 ps3 that came with a move bundle and it had lower than 3.41 on it. i forget which fw exactly but i know i had to update when the the first dongles came out for them

Correct.

However the fact that its a 320GB model raises concern. If you lucky its the first 320GB models that came. It probably is because of black ops being a <3.55 title

Same here 320gb move bundle 3.40-3.41 FW came on it
