No they are talking about downgrading 3k consoles via a hardware mod and a special CFW based on Rogero CFW.
This process does not need any dongle to operate 3K consoles.
You can order a pre-modded console from him also.

I'm a Rogero's friend and i can contact him any time.
But this RFW that they talk about is based on Rogeros CFW but not made by him and he does not know any thing about it
We must wait some time again and see if it will be true news or fake.
Also if any user here from Indonesia then he could contact this person and try to confirm by seeing this console while working.

I think because it needs additional patches that does not exist in normal Rogero CFW or may be its a Hypered CFW based on Rogero CFW + additional files / patches.

I have his mobile phone number, but every time I ask him (with different numbers) about this RFW, he never send me a feedback. i don't know may be they're too busy or somewhat. only god knows. but I'm sure just like TB (which I hate it) gossip in the past days and then become a big reality and booming.

@zecoxao was talking about this earlier on Twitter, he pointed to a website selling 3K consoles on a 3.55 CFW, id link the site, but id be afraid someone would be dumb enough actually buy one >.<
