E3 Card Reader

I am looking to buy an E3 card reader in the USA. I know modchipcentral.com sells them, but I am not comfortable at all with their payment options. I know plenty people have used them with no problem, but that does not change my feeling on the matter. I know it is a long shot, but if you have one for sale in or around Cincinnati, Ohio that would be awesome. If not, I'm still interested. Let me know how much for the reader and shipping. Thank you in advance.

Don't they offer PayPal? You know the chance of someone replying to you with what you're after in the same city is miniscule right?

Try dealextreme.com

Yeah, I didn't fully comprehend this:

"if you have one for sale in or around Cincinnati, Ohio that would be awesome. If not, I'm still interested."

Yeah, I don't get it either.

1. Their paypal option is for a money order. It would takes days to clear.
2. Though they may be reputable, the other options are to wire money, which would cost me $25 which is more than the dongle itself, or use Western Union for a money order which will also take days.

A stranger may be willing to accept a paypal transfer, which would be take place instantly, and would allow me to file a dispute if the item does not arrive or is not as described. I know the chances of finding a local seller is infinitesimal, I stated such in my original post. Questioning why I don't want to buy from modchipcentral is not helpful and a waste of time IMO.

I am open to buying any dongle that will get my PS3 into FSM. I need to remarry a Blu Ray Drive. Even if someone can point me to a website other than modchipcentral that will get the item to me in a week or so, I would be very appreciative. I already have to option of taking to someone who fixes PS3s for a price that is higher than getting the dongle myself. For such a short process, I'm not interested in paying 50 bucks for someone to do it for me. I would still do that over ordering from modchipcentral, however.
