The install Rogero CEX-4.30 v1.00 + multiMAN ver 04.08.01 + Showtime 04.01.208 in recovery.

And no disc in the drive

You're not downgrading so you don't need to use QA flag. Should make it easier for you.

The firmware is CEX does that mean i cant just transfer my game like sport champions 2 to my HDD and play=

This CFW is finally one we can actually use to ''backup'' our games. Just rip your games to internal/external and play without patching cracking w.e and update the updates where thats possible.
